What People Are Saying:

And today's practice, the walking practice, oh my god, I think it was the most powerful one for me of all of them. Because, I mean, it brought up so much for me. And, I don't know, guys, it was very profound. I was crying. I was laughing. I was, like, walking with this attitude, feeling so great, powerful and connected.

I went there and I felt it, and I moved it, and then I released all the energy that was stuck in there and it turned out to be pleasure.

It was really crazy, I think I've only experienced things like this in spiritual ceremonies with medicine plants, so it was fucking awesome to just access that with my body and movement.

So, I did today's practice and WOW! I feel it came in the perfect moment, the perfect day. PFFFF.. the Yawn Stretches!!!

I did the first practice and it was super relieving! And then during the day I took time to rest and it was so good for my mind and my body.

I have been doing all of the practices every single morning. And it has been, like honestly, such a big blessing. They have truly just brought me back and got me the chance to start the day in a, I don't know, just feeling like myself. Feeling motivated and grounded.
