How Chaos Became Art

There are moments when disappearing feels like the only option.
When the world spins too fast and your body says… “no more.”

This piece was born in one of those moments.

Not from inspiration, but from resistance.
From the ache of almost numbing out.

I was in the middle of launching my Creativity Pill masterclass…
and I felt off.
Dull. Disconnected.
One click away from drowning in a Netflix binge.

But something in me said, "hmmmm... nah. Stay. Don't run" 

So I stayed.
Towel still on my head, fresh out of the shower, I turned on the camera - and let myself be seen.

I named the fog.
The contraction. The resistance.
And slowly… something began to move.
A quiet pulse. A flicker of curiosity.

So I followed it.

As soon as I stopped recording, I grabbed my sketchbook.
My hand moved before my mind could catch up.
My body already knew.
And damn… it came through.

A nest of chaos.
A curled-up figure at the center, protecting something precious, something tender.
A feeling made visible.

What it means to be

Safe in Chaos

 

This piece is about finding safety in the overwhelm.

The figure at the center is the tender part of me, the one who needed holding.
The chaotic lines around it mirror the emotional noise - raw, tangled, loud.

But as I kept drawing, the chaos softened.
It turned into something that felt like a cocoon. A nest.

Safe in Chaos is a reminder:
You don’t have to escape yourself to survive.
You can stay.
You can hold yourself inside the storm.
